Big Apple Chapter launches Membership Drive

As membership feeds our leadership, programs, and sponsors, we are rolling out a Membership Drive for 2008. And to make it worth your while, we are offering you the chance to win a iPhone, camera, or flat screen TV.  With over 500 members, The Big Apple Chapter is the largest HSMAI Chapter in the United States. Still, there is a significant opportunity to grow that number in the months ahead.

There will be two separate contests…one for regular members and another for student members. The rules are fairly simple and straightforward.

• You must be a member of the Big Apple Chapter to participate.
• Every time you sign up a new member, your name will be entered into a drawing. Sign up 2 new members, you’ve got two chances, 3 new members, three chances and so on.
• Drawings for Regular Members will take place every 4 months (starting in May) and there will be one Grand Prize for the individual who brings in the most new members between January 1-December 31, 2008.
• Student drawings will take place twice…once in May and again in December.
• When you recruit a new member, please make sure he/she puts your name on the “Referred by” line to ensure that you get credit for the new member

With prizes like iPhones, cameras and a flat screen television, we expect the competition to be hot & heavy.
